Returns
Returns are accepted on items listed in our online shop. You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of delivery. Items notified within 48 hours may then be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to them being unworn with all labels intact and returned in original packaging. A 5% restocking fee will be charged.
The card / account from which you paid the item will be refunded (excluding postage costs and restocking fee) providing we have received the item and that it is in a resaleable condition which are satisfied with.
You (the purchaser) are responsible for the item during transit and until it is received by Samantha Patrick Millinery. For this reason, we advise a ‘signed for’ service is used.
We are unable to offer a refund on items ‘made on request’ within our online shop, that have been customised or are a bespoke order. On the rare occasion that a customer is dissatisfied we will work with you, making necessary amendments until the item is perfect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on items listed in our online shop. You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of delivery. Items notified within 48 hours may then be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to them being unworn with all labels intact and returned in original packaging.
We cannot offer exchanges on items ‘made on request’. This includes hats/headwear which have been customised or created as part our bespoke order service.
Any additional postage fees incurred as a result of exchanging are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Trade Descriptions Act
Our products are all handmade. Every effort is made to maintain consistency in size, colour and form, however small variations may occur. We always seek to maintain the highest standard of work and finish.
Payment
Payments are made via credit or debit card or cash on collection. If you would like to make payment an alternative way, please contact us.
Payment in full is required on all items purchased online pre-despatch.
For all bespoke orders, we require payment of a 50% deposit prior to commencement, with the remaining balance payable on collection.
Prices are shown in GB £ sterling. Prices are subject to change without notification.
The purchaser is responsible for all customs fees/duties.
Postage
Items sent within the UK are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Allow 2-4 days for delivery.
Please contact us for postage prices and delivery times if you are ordering from outside the UK.
A signature will be required for all postal services.
Should you require an alternative postage method please contact us to discuss your requirements further.
Samantha Patrick Millinery is not responsible for any delays in delivery incurred due to adverse weather conditions, industrial action or circumstances beyond our control, once the item is with the delivery providers. In the event that this situation should occur prior to postage (and providing we are aware of such issues), we will contact the purchaser to make alternative arrangements to avoid potential delays.
